Cuttings and sealings made of rubber and synthetic materials
Our strength is cutting conveyor belt and wear protection rubber. We mainly rely on our standard product range consisting of:
- LUCON rubber conveyor belts
- Wear protection rubber in 40 and 60 Shore A
- PU (polyurethane) plates with and without perforated steel inlays
- PE (polyethylene) plates
With our two waterjet cutting machines we can cut almost all other materials and material combinations.
For example:
- PVC
- Foams
- Glass
- Stone
- Silicone
- Composites
This type of processing is particularly economical for single parts and small series, if for example the purchase of punching tools is not profitable. Water jet cutting is further characterized by its reproducible precision. There are no thermal loads at the cutting edge, which is why the material is neither deformed nor embrittled by the cut.
Since we use materials that are processed every day by our specialized technicians, we can also offer subsequent work, such as grinding, chamfering or gluing.
Material selection and drawings
In addition to the choice of the right materials, our personal service also includes adapting the necessary drawings or creating them (based on samples). Of course, we also process existing files in dxf, dwg, igs or cdl format. Our employees look forward to your inquiry at waterjet@lutze-group.com
Customized solutions
Combined with the craftsmanship of our experienced employees, we can process cut rubber or PU plates so that they fit into your hopper as a wear or spare part.
Our LUWITAN® plates are ideal for spare parts that need to be replaced quickly in main wear areas. With perforated steel inlays, they can be screwed on quickly and easily.

We store finished parts and deliver them at the desired time. In this way you can optimize your production and reduce your own storage costs. We can also stock special materials for your recurring needs, increase availability and reduce delivery times to a minimum.
