L-Cord
L-Cord is a high-performance and flexible screening panel system designed for material sizes from 4–100 mm. Manufactured in our own production facility in Trelleborg, Sweden, L-Cord is built from premium wear-resistant rubber and reinforced with heat-treated cord to ensure stable tensioning, easy installation, and long service life. L-Cord includes a visual signal layer that clearly indicates when the panel needs replacement. This provides:

Reja
A flexible polyurethane screen features a much larger open area than traditional woven wire screens and offers a durability that lasts 4-6 times longer than traditional steel wire screens. By employing a dual vibration system, where both the screening machine and the screen mesh vibrate, it effectively reduces problems such as blinding, clogging, and pegging. Its lightweight construction and simple installation greatly lower labor requirements and minimize machine downtime. Additionally, it is manufactured in our own workshop in Trelleborg, Sweden.
Steelplate
This screen cloth provides a high open screening area with thin plate. Custom-designed for tensioned screen media and adjustable to your requirements with various hole types.
All our steel screen cloths are produced with top quality to ensure longevity with minimal replacements.
L-Cord Wire PU
L-Cord Wire PU in polyurethane with robust steel wire embedded in the steel hook. It excels in high abrasion resistance and efficiency. The holes are conically shaped, providing a significant advantage in wet screening.
L-Flow AC
L-Flow offers unique features with a high screening area. Capacity and clean screening are prioritized. It is easy to install, lightweight, and consists of polyurethane with embedded steel wire as reinforcement. It can be manufactured in soft 60 shore A for extra flexibility in the screening media. Best suited for fine and medium-coarse fractions.
Steelwire
The Steelwire cloth, has the advantage with high open area and thin wire structure, provides exceptional visibility and precision. The standard material is spring steel, but it is also available in stainless steel for most thin wire thicknesses.
