Restructuring within the company

The rapid development of the Lutze Group has made it necessary to separate the organizational units for distribution of conveyor belts and wear protection with the associated assembly service and the production of special belts with the supply of OEM customers.
Our goal is, to meet the different demands of our customers in both areas.

For this reason, we have decided to restructure our group. As a first step, we will therefore seperate our activities regarding the production of special belts from the former company Lutze Fördertechnik GmbH into a new company, the Heinz Lutze GmbH & Co. KG.

The previous German companies, Lutze Fördertechnik GmbH and Lutze Conveying Deutschland GmbH, will remain in place until further notice and will only include the service activities of the Lutze Group.
