The Lutze Group has acquired 100% of the shares of Fyksen Transportbånd AS in Norway. As of January 1st 2025, Fyksen is fully part of the LUTZE Group and will continue as our new location in Elverum.
Fyksen Transportbånd AS and the LUTZE Group have a long and successful history together and the first steps towards this acquisition were initiated in 2023. Over the past year and a half, we have been working step by step towards the final integration. This went smoothly thanks to the good support of the shareholders and the entire Fyksen Transportbånd AS team. All employees became part of LUTZE Group as of January 1st and are once again warmly welcomed.
We are very pleased with the further strengthening of our network in Norway and look forward to the successful continued cooperation with the current and future partners in the Elverum region.
